Consultation

Overview

Consultation is an important component of the Environmental Assessment (EA) process and will be ongoing throughout the study. The consultation process facilitates two-way communication between the Project Team and interested stakeholders to present key project information, obtain information about the study area, and gather feedback to support and enhance planning and design decisions.

The Project Team encourages interested stakeholders to provide comments at any time during the study. To provide comments please contact the Project Team through one of the methods on the Contact page. All comments received, with the exception of personal information, will become part of the public record and may be included in project documentation.

Project Notices

Stakeholders will be notified about this study at key project milestones, including Notice of Study Commencement and the Notice of Completion (filing of the Transportation Environmental Study Report).

Project notices will be sent directly to regulatory agencies, local municipalities, Indigenous communities, potentially interested stakeholders and organizations, and members of the public on the project contact list. Notices will also be published in theĀ Exeter Lakeshore Times Advance and posted on this website. To be added to the project contact list please contact the Project Team through one of the methods on the Contact page.
